How your light still shines, Saint Laurent

Here is a little Fashion History. In 1983, Yves Saint Laurent became the first living fashion designer to be honored by the Metropolitan Museum of Art with a solo exhibition. (Don't you just love wikipedia!) 26 years later at the 125 anniversary of the Metropolitan Opera, Yves Saint Laurent was the sponsor of the Gala. This time instead of mannequins the gowns and tuxes were bought to life by an array of stars
